En el lugar se encontraba un hombre de 63 a\u00f1os, identificado quien hab\u00eda logrado reducir a un menor de 13 a\u00f1os minutos despu\u00e9s de que este da\u00f1ara su veh\u00edculo, un Peugeot 308 blanco, y lo agrediera f\u00edsicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la situaci\u00f3n, el menor fue aprehendido y se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n Juvenil N\u00b0 2 del Departamento Judicial de Pergamino, que dispuso el inicio de actuaciones por el delito de da\u00f1o y las diligencias correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el menor fue entregado a su progenitora, conforme a lo dispuesto por la fiscal\u00eda interviniente.
